DAN MUDGE
Partner

Dan is a Kansas City native who grew up in a family of furniture. His dad, Rick Mudge, started CFS Group in 1992. Dan considers himself a furniture nerd as he has had many careers within the industry that consist of Sit On It Seating, Highmark Seating and OFS to name a few. In 2015, Dan had the opportunity to join Rick at CFS Group and came up with a succession plan which led to Dan becoming Principal in 2018.

PATTY URBAN
Sales Representative

Patty Urban has been with CFS Group for 23 years covering the Iowa territory. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with an interior design degree and has worked in the commercial furniture industry for over 32 years in both interior design and sales positions.

JENNIFER LANDRY
Sales Representative

Jen has 15 years of experience in the industry. She earned her design degree from Missouri State University and started her career as a designer in the St. Louis market before moving into sales. Jen now covers the A+D community in the St. Louis market along with dealers throughout the state of Missouri.

NATHAN SURPRENANT
Sales Representative

Nathan covers the states of MN, SD and ND for CFS. He has been proudly part of the Minneapolis commercial furniture industry for over 20 years. Having started in residential interior design and then moving over to the dealer side of sales and NBD and thus ultimately ending up in the rep world, Nathan has worn many hats during his furniture tenure. His focus is on solutions, great customer service and always having a good time at it.

LINDSEY PIRTLE
Sales Representative

Lindsey was thrilled to join CFS Group in 2018. She is a graduate from University of Missouri and originally from Fairway, Kansas. Lindsey initially began her career teaching high school art. In 2007 she decided to make a career change and joined the St. Louis interior design community. After gaining great dealership experience at POE, Lindsey started a rep group of her own in late 2008. She has been a manufacturers rep for 15 years and enjoys working as part of the CFS Group team.

MADELINE KLIETHERMES
Sales Representative

Born and raised in Kansas City, Madeline is proud to still call it home today. With a degree in interior design, Madeline has a passion for bringing design concepts to life. With over 8 years of dealer experience as a designer, she has gained expansive product knowledge and an important understanding of client needs. She will focus on building relationships, promoting our lines, and learning the ins and outs of the independent rep world.

AARON OST
Sales Representative

A Nebraska native, Aaron was born and raised in Lincoln. Through 23 years of experience in commercial furnishings, he has cultivated a deep understanding of design, functionality, and client needs. He is passionate about building long-term relationships that serve as his foundation for growth and success.

KATIE PARKER
Director of Design

With over 10 years of experience in the design industry, Katie enhances the CFS Group services as an Interior Designer. She will utilize creative insights and attention to detail on furniture applications for each project. She graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Interior Design, is a LEED Green Associate, and an Associate IIDA member.

KEVIN MUDGE
Director of Sales + Operations

Kevin Mudge grew up in the Kansas City area around the furniture industry as a son to Rick, who started CFS Group in 1992 and younger brother to Dan. Having joined from outside of the industry, Kevin brings a fresh perspective and a breadth of experience in sales, sales management and manufacturing operations, among other things. Utilizing that experience, Kevin will help the team be more responsive, have a clear communication flow both internally for our team and externally to our customers and most importantly grow our sales.

BLAKE RHOADES
Director of Marketing/ Ancillary Products

Blake has been in the furniture industry for over 10 years. She has experience on both the manufacturing and dealership side of the business in different marketing roles. She will handle the strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for CFS group. She likes to stay on trend while building the CFS Group brand image.

WINSTON + MILLIE
Office Support / Directors of Fetching

Winston and Millie are the showroom dogs in the CFS Group Lenexa location. Winston is a 3 year old Mini Bernedoodle and Millie is a 1 year old Mini Golden Retriever. They love playing fetch and modeling on all of the CFS Group furniture for a treat and belly rubs. They look forward to making lots of new friends!
